So we had minor van trouble yesterday but manage to make it to the show in Indy. We got to play with some old friends which was awesome, and even had a suprise visit from some friends back home. Great crowd response and played a fun set, even had a rad place to stay. I’m sure pictures will be up soon. Also, we picked up a show tonight in St. Louis, check the facebook for info. Wedge for lyfe.

Doin some mad chilling in Louisville, KY right now. Watching Deep Blue Sea. Livin the dream with our most gracious of hosts, Mowgli.
Played an outdoor early show at #Occupy Louisville. Rad times were had. By far the best turn out for an FTT set on this tour. I love The Reptilian but their fans have NOT been into us so far. Numbers were definitely more in our favor tonight though. JonTilian himself said it was one of the best sets he’s ever seen us play!
Played Cafe Bourbon St. last night. Venue was cool as hell. Free Genesee all night + reasonably priced and delicious pulled pork sandwiches! Even got a little pinball in.
While consuming some much needed pizza tonight, we stumbled across a major TOUR HIGHLIGHT:
If you ever find yrself at Spinelli’s Pizzeria in Louisville, be sure to hit up their fine gaming machine in the corner. Most of the mini games kinda suck but one is pure gold. The name currently escapes me but it’s a sex themed wheel of fortune style word game. The twist is that that the word choices are absolutely bizarre. The best part is that you don’t have to pay to enjoy. Simply hitting the free preview kept us going all night long. This wondrous machine enlightened us on so many new terms for masturbation. Such as:
“Battling the purple helmet”
“Bludgeoning the beef steak”
“Ironing out some wrinkles”
“Doing my own thing”

Just got done stomping Sean and Jon in a three-way Magic: the Gathering free-for-all. The day is off to a great start, as is the whole tour. Combined, everyone from the show at It’s a Kling Thing probably went through something like 30 pint cans of Genesee. The evidence of this needless destruction has surrounded us all day as we’ve soaked up some much needed R&R and even a trip to the always glorious Waffle House – a treat for any deprived Michigander who only so infrequently is allowed the chance to partake.
After taking it easy all day we’re about to head out to Columbus. Gotta get going, the road whispers my name oh so sweetly on the wind.
